When is a Replacement Applicable?
KV Crafts offers a replacement guarantee for all online orders under the following conditions:

Conditions Not Covered for Replacement

Damage due to normal wear and tear

Issues caused by improper use, handling, or storage

Negligence or damage while the product is in customer’s possession
Replacement Timeline

The replacement request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Damaged or incorrect products must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery.

You must provide proof in the form of photographs or an unboxing video clearly showing the issue.
How to Request a Replacement

Replacement or Coupon Code

Once we receive the returned item and verify the issue, we will ship a replacement or issue a coupon code equal to the product value.

If the item is out of stock, a coupon code will be issued. The coupon can be redeemed within 3 months at www.kvcrafts.in.
Return Will Be Accepted Only If:

The product was not damaged while in your possession.

It is the same product that was originally shipped.

It is returned in its original condition, with the packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
