When is a Replacement Applicable?

KV Crafts offers a replacement guarantee for all online orders under the following conditions:

  • The product received has a manufacturing defect

  • The product is damaged in transit

  • There are missing parts or accessories

  • The item is different from the description or wrong product delivered

Conditions Not Covered for Replacement

  • Damage due to normal wear and tear

  • Issues caused by improper use, handling, or storage

  • Negligence or damage while the product is in customer’s possession

Replacement Timeline

  • The replacement request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • Damaged or incorrect products must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery.

  • You must provide proof in the form of photographs or an unboxing video clearly showing the issue.

How to Request a Replacement

  1. Contact us at care@kvcrafts.in with your order number and issue details.

  2. Attach photos or an unboxing video showing the defect/damage.

  3. Our team will verify and guide you through the next steps.

    ⚠️ Please note: We will not be able to process replacements without visual proof of damage or defect.

Replacement or Coupon Code

  • Once we receive the returned item and verify the issue, we will ship a replacement or issue a coupon code equal to the product value.

  • If the item is out of stock, a coupon code will be issued. The coupon can be redeemed within 3 months at www.kvcrafts.in.

Return Will Be Accepted Only If:

  • The product was not damaged while in your possession.

  • It is the same product that was originally shipped.

  • It is returned in its original condition, with the packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
